FAQ’S and Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Culinary events are refundable only if another attendee is available to take your place ahead of time. You may transfer your registration to another person by emailing me their name and email. Once they have completed their registration, a refund will be issued. Or, if there is a waitlist, your spot may be filled by the person at the top of the list. No-shows are non-refundable.

What’s included in my registration?

Registration includes all the ingredients for each recipe and a color recipe card. Most of the mise en place (food and equipment prep.) will be done beforehand so we can dive right into the recipe and work at the same pace. Workshops are often a collaboration with a small farm or local business that will enrich our culinary adventure.

Are culinary workshops and events in person and how many attendees are there?

Yes, all culinary workshops and events are in person. Workshops are limited to 16 participants so you’ll get all the hands-on instruction you need.

Can I register for a group?

Absolutely! When registering for a group, select the total quantity of participants and complete the registration form. In the box: “Add a note to seller”, list the first and last name of each attendee.

Where are the culinary workshops and events held?

All culinary workshops and events are in person and held in various locations around Port Angeles or Sequim, WA. depending on the theme. The exact location will be shared after registration.

What do I need to bring?

You may be requested to bring a small kitchen item such as a baking sheet. If you don’t have the item, one will be provided for you or shared with you. It’s also handy to bring along containers to take your food home in, and of course, a healthy appetite for learning.

If a culinary workshop or event is full, can I join a waitlist?

If a workshop/event is full, click the “Join Waitlist” button on the event you wish to join. You’ll be notified by email if there is room available, with a link to register.
